Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

This Privacy Policy describes Porn Reels at https://porn-reels.atmel-tech.com/. The operator responsible for the service is Oleksandr Kokliuk, Ukraine. For privacy questions, access, correction, deletion or content-removal requests, contact kyks@atmel-tech.com.

This document describes the service’s data practices. Acceptance of the Terms is not presented as an unrestricted consent to every possible use of personal data. Where applicable law requires a specific permission or other condition, those requirements continue to apply.

2. Information we process

Account information includes your email, nickname, password hash, role and avatar history. Access records can include IP address, sign-in time and a count of sign-ins. We also process information you send when contacting us or making a complaint.

Content information includes uploaded videos, images, titles, descriptions, categories, tags, performer names, publication settings, processing results and editing decisions. Likes, saves, shares and comments are recorded to provide those functions.

Viewing activity includes which videos or segments were shown, playback time, viewed portions, replays, quick skips, the viewing session and recommendation context. Browser-presence measurements can include a browser identifier, session identifier, document identifier, IP address, browser/device category, broad page type, referrer hostname, visibility and active time. We do not store a full browsing history from other websites as part of these measurements.

3. What the information is used for

We use data to provide sign-in, publish and deliver videos, maintain account features, process uploads, moderate reported material, protect access, diagnose errors and respond to requests. Public content and engagement information are used to operate the catalogue.

Recommendations work automatically. Rules use selected categories and tags, viewing activity, likes and saves, together with freshness, popularity, viewing quality and variety. Related videos are based on the video selected most recently. Viewing choices on an adult-content website can reveal intimate interests; the recommendation system processes this activity to personalise the feed.

Uploaded content may be analysed into frames, embeddings, labels and proposed video segments. Confirmed labels and editing decisions can improve internal content-analysis models. Analysis and recommendation outputs may be wrong and should not be treated as verified statements about a person.

The applicable basis for processing depends on its purpose and the law that applies: providing the service you request, protecting the service, meeting legal obligations or obtaining consent where required. We assess objections and requests rather than treating agreement to the Terms as a waiver of data-protection rights.

4. Cookies and browser storage

First-party cookies remember authentication, interface language, selected interests, a guest recommendation session and acceptance of the current agreement. The agreement cookie is signed, is not accessible to page scripts and lasts for the period shown below. Language and navigation preferences are separate from account authentication.

Session storage keeps positions, video state and navigation context. Local storage may keep browser-presence identifiers and advertising-frequency state. These technologies help restore the interface and operate the features described here. Browser storage is not the same as permanent account data.

You can inspect, block or clear cookies and site storage in your browser. This may sign you out, reset preferences and cause the agreement to appear again. Clearing browser storage does not delete records already stored by the service. Contact the operator if you want to exercise a data right.

5. Analytics and advertising

The service measures visits and playback to understand usage and recommendation quality. Time on site is estimated from the visibility of a browser document and periodic activity messages; it is not an exact measure of a person’s attention. Several people or tabs may share one IP address.

Advertising features can use a browser identifier, placement, language/device information, frequency limits and campaign-event measurements such as impressions, playback, clicks and errors. External advertising servers may receive tracking requests when a campaign uses them. Following an advertisement can disclose information directly to the destination website.

When Google Analytics is configured, the service can load Google’s measurement software. Google describes its processing at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Your browser may offer blocking controls. This Policy does not claim that an advertising provider’s own data practices are controlled by Porn Reels.

6. Public information and service providers

Public videos, public account attribution, metadata and comments can be seen by visitors and search engines. A saved-video list and non-public content are subject to access checks, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Be careful about the personal information you publish or include in a video.

Hosting, storage, network delivery and other technical providers process information needed to run the service. Media storage includes infrastructure in Germany, while the operator is based in Ukraine. Processing by providers may take place in other countries. Contact us for information about providers or applicable transfer safeguards. We may disclose information when necessary to comply with a lawful request or protect rights and safety.

7. Retention

Agreement acceptance and refusal records are normally retained for up to 730 days. The browser’s agreement cookie expires after 365 days unless replaced or cleared earlier. A new policy version can require acceptance sooner.

Browser-presence and account-access history are normally cleaned up after 90 days. Account data, uploads, reactions, comments, viewing records and analysis data are retained while needed for the service or another applicable purpose, or until a valid removal request is handled. Viewing records currently have no automatic age-based purge; a recent-history scoring window does not mean those records are automatically deleted.

Deleting or unpublishing content starts removal from the service and its storage. Technical caches and a verified backup can retain a copy for a limited additional period. The service keeps one completed backup, which is replaced by the next verified backup. Some records may need to be retained for a dispute, security incident or legal obligation. We will explain relevant limitations when responding to a request.

8. Your requests and rights

Contact kyks@atmel-tech.com to ask what personal data we process, request a copy or correction, seek deletion or restriction, object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on it. Explain the request and identify the relevant account or content. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing data. Do not send identity documents or intimate material in an initial email.

We handle requests within the periods required by applicable law and explain any lawful reason that limits a request. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful. If the GDPR or another law grants additional rights, including portability or a complaint to a supervisory authority, those rights remain available where applicable.

In Ukraine, complaints about personal-data protection can be made to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights: https://www.ombudsman.gov.ua/. You may also use a competent authority or court available under the law that applies to you.

9. Adults, security and updates

Porn Reels is not intended for minors. If you believe a minor’s information or unlawful intimate content has been submitted, report the relevant URL to kyks@atmel-tech.com.

We use access restrictions, encrypted connections and password hashing as part of our security measures. These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every system or communication is secure. Keep your account credentials private.

We may update this Policy when the service or its practices change. The current version appears on this page. Changes to the Terms that require renewed acceptance will be presented in the agreement window. Contact the operator if any part of this Policy is unclear.
