1. The service and its operator

These Terms of Use apply to Porn Reels at https://porn-reels.atmel-tech.com/. The service is operated by Oleksandr Kokliuk, based in Ukraine. Contact: kyks@atmel-tech.com.

Porn Reels provides access to adult videos, categories, a personalised feed, related-video recommendations and tools for uploading and editing content. By choosing Agree and continue, you accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You may leave without accepting.

2. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher age required by the laws that apply to you, and legally permitted to access adult content. If you do not meet these conditions, leave the website. Do not allow a minor to use your account or device to access the service.

The entry confirmation is your declaration of eligibility. It does not mean that we have verified your identity or the age of every person shown in a video. Do not upload content unless every person depicted was an adult when it was created and consented to both the activity and its distribution.

3. Accounts and use of the service

Keep your sign-in details secure, provide accurate account information and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity that you authorise through your account. Do not impersonate another person, bypass access controls, interfere with the service or use it to harass, threaten or exploit anyone.

The personalised feed automatically takes viewing activity, likes, saves and selected interests into account. Related recommendations use the video you last selected. Rankings may change, and no particular recommendation or result is guaranteed.

4. Content you upload

You remain responsible for the content and information you submit. You must hold the copyright, permissions and releases needed to upload, publish and distribute it. Do not submit material taken from another service unless you have the necessary rights. A publicly accessible source does not by itself grant permission to republish it.

You grant the operator a non-exclusive licence to store, reproduce, transcode, create previews, analyse, display and deliver the submitted content as needed to operate Porn Reels. Technical analysis may produce frames, embeddings, labels and editing suggestions. Confirmed labels and editing decisions may be used to improve the service’s content-analysis and segmentation models. This licence does not transfer ownership of your content.

Choose visibility carefully. Public videos, titles, tags, categories, performer information and comments can be viewed or shared by others. Anonymous publication hides the public account attribution; the operator still retains the ownership relationship and relevant operational records.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

Content involving minors or apparent minors, exploitation, trafficking, sexual abuse, non-consensual intimate material, sexual violence, unlawful recordings or violations of another person’s privacy is prohibited. Do not upload deceptive intimate content involving an identifiable person without the rights and consent required by law.

Copyright infringement, malicious files, spam, threats, doxxing and attempts to compromise other users or the service are prohibited. We may restrict access, remove content or suspend an account when reviewing a credible complaint or addressing a violation or legal obligation.

6. Report content or request removal

Send reports about copyright, consent, age, privacy or unlawful content to kyks@atmel-tech.com. Include the affected URL, a short explanation, your relationship to the material and a way to contact you. If you act for someone else, explain your authority. Do not send unlawful material as an attachment.

We will assess reports and may limit access while investigating. We may request proportionate information to verify the request. Removal from Porn Reels does not guarantee immediate removal from browser caches, search indexes or copies held independently by other people.

7. Privacy, advertisements and external links

The Privacy Policy explains how account data, viewing activity, uploads, browser storage and advertising measurements are processed. Advertisements and links can lead to websites operated by third parties. Their services and data practices are governed by their own policies.

The agreement window records acceptance of these Terms and the adult-access declaration. It does not represent identity verification or a separate consent to every possible form of tracking. Nothing in these Terms removes a permission or other requirement imposed by applicable law.

8. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the service available, but playback, processing, storage and recommendations can be interrupted or contain errors. Keep your own copy of any content you need to preserve. We may change or discontinue features, restrict misuse and take reasonable steps to protect users and the service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes liability, remedies or consumer rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.

9. Changes and applicable law

The current document version is shown on this page. When a new version requires renewed acceptance, the agreement window will be shown again. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service and contact us about any account or content requests.

These Terms are subject to applicable Ukrainian law and any mandatory protections that apply to you. They do not prevent you from exercising rights or bringing a complaint before a competent court or authority. Questions about these Terms can be sent to the operator using the contact details above.
